Police said on May 25, Victor Vega, 61, was walking down a Brooklyn street along side two unidentified men, apparently chatting. At one point Vega is captured on surveillance lightly tapping the right arm of one of the men viscously punches him in the face, sending his black cap flying. Vega instantly falls on his back, with his lower half landing on the sidewalk while his top half lands on the street under a parked car. Police, who are investigating whether or not Vega was a victim of a drug robbery, have ruled his death a homicide and continue to search for the two suspects.
