Michael Lee Hardin, 50, of Kaysville, was taken into custody without incident Friday, according to the FBI. He was booked into the Davis County Jail.

Magistrate Judge Jared Bennett required Hardin to surrender his passport, restricted him from traveling to Washington except for court appearances and lawyer meetings, and ordered him to relinquish his firearms.
