Investigative reporter Millie Weaver and her husband have reportedly been arrested at the same time her documentary on the US “shadow government” was being screened on YouTube, sending Conservative Twitter into theory overdrive.
Weaver’s “arrest” at the couple’s home – which has yet to be confirmed by authorities – was initially reported by Infowars on Friday, shortly after the YouTube premiere of her documentary film “ShadowGate.” The film purports to expose the secrets of the massive ‘Deep State’ intelligence apparatus manipulating politics within the US and beyond its borders, based on the reports of two private intelligence whistleblowers.
Video of the couple’s apparent arrest, shot by Weaver herself, was posted to Twitter by her Infowars colleague Adan Salazar, opening on Weaver asking in disbelief if “a grand jury indicted [her].” …According to Google whistleblower Zach Vorhies, Weaver was actually arrested before she could release the documentary, but one of the whistleblowers involved, “Tore,” released it instead. Her Twitter account @Tore_Says was reportedly suspended immediately thereafter.

Appeals court rules CA high-capacity magazine ban unconstitutional
A panel of three federal judges ruled Friday that California’s ban on gun magazines capable of holding over 10 rounds is unconstitutional.
The three-judge panel of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals declared the California law violates the constitutional right to bear arms, codified under the 2nd Amendment, the Associated Press reported.
California Rifle & Pistol Association attorney Chuck Michel, who also spoke with the AP, called Friday’s decision “a huge victory” for gun owners “and the right to choose to own a firearm to defend your family.”
The National Rifle Association (NRA) also reacted to the news, tweeting, “BREAKING NEWS: @NRA scores a HUGE win in California today. The 9th Circuit, led by a Trump-appointed judge, rules that ban on magazines with more than 10 rounds is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. This case will have repercussions nationwide.”

Payson shelter-in-place order lifted after at least 8 injured, including children, in daycare attack
Payson police said a man attacked someone with a sledgehammer and then attacked a group of children with his fists.
Further information wasn’t immediately released, including if police had apprehended the man they were looking for.
In all, two adults and six or seven children suffered various injuries in the attack, said Payson Police Sgt. Noemi Sandoval. She said a man who was attacked with the sledgehammer was believed to be in critical condition and was flown to a hospital…."She observed that her neighbor was on the ground and there was another adult male standing over him, hitting on his body and head," Sandoval said.
The woman, whose home is in a daycare facility, yelled at the man to stop. The man dropped the sledgehammer and then went toward the woman and the daycare facility. That's when the man "began striking" multiple children and another adult at the daycare, Sandoval continued.
Police weren't sure how long the man was at the facility but said he fled before officers arrived. It wasn't known which direction the man fled.
