A member of an Hispanic gang was arrested on Thursday for stealing a rifle from an FBI vehicle during violent clashes in Minneapolis.
Raul Gutierrez, a member of the Latin Kings gang—which had previously vowed to shoot immigration officers on sight—was seen on video posted to social media breaking into a federal vehicle and stealing a rifle on Wednesday night, as clashes between protesters and federal agents continued in Minnesota.
Gutierrez can be seen smashing open a weapon locker and removing the firearm before fleeing the scene.

Federal Judge Restricts ICE Actions against Protesters in Minneapolis
A Biden-appointed federal judge has ruled that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents cannot detain or use non-lethal munitions and other crowd-dispersal tools on protesters if they aren’t obstructing them.
District Judge Kate Menendez’s ruling stems from a case brought last month by six local activists.
The activists, who were back by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), said Department of Homeland Security (DHS) personnel were infringing their First Amendment rights by interfering with their observation of immigration enforcement.
The new ruling prevents agents from detaining drivers or their passengers unless they are obstructing or interfering with them.
Menendez ruled that trailing ICE agents at a safe distance does not automatically warrant a traffic stop.
Following agents “at an appropriate distance does not, by itself, create reasonable suspicion to justify a vehicle stop,” she wrote.
Agents must have reasonable suspicion backed by clear evidence of a crime or active disruption to federal enforcement.
