UPDATE: GoFundMe Relents After Backlash, Will Refund All Donors to Canadian Trucker Fund
Following the publication of this article and an intense backlash against the company, GoFundMe has announced that all donors to the fundraiser for the Canadian Freedom Convoy will be “automatically” refunded. The Company claims it reversed course due to “donor feedback” after it announced it would “redirect” donations intended for the Canadian Freedom Convoy to “credible and established charities” that are chosen by Freedom Convoy organizers and “verified by GoFundMe.”
GoFundme’s update was released on Twitter at 11:56 p.m. Pacific time on Friday via Twitter.

Record Low Ratings for NBC’s Opening Coverage of Genocide Games
“Thursday’s primetime coverage of the Beijing Winter Olympics averaged 7.25 million viewers on NBC, marking the smallest primetime Olympic audience ever on the network,” reports Sports Media Watch. “The previous low was 8.5 million for the final night of competition at last year’s Tokyo Summer Olympics.”
That’s a 55 percent drop from four years ago when 16 million tuned into the opening night coverage of the 2018 Winter Games in South Korea.
That’s also down a whopping 64 percent from the 2014 Summer Games.

Report shows how many Utah National Guard soldiers are refusing vaccinations
U.S. military personnel have been given a deadline to get the COVID-19 vaccine
As of late January, about 12% of Utah National Guard soldiers and airmen had not yet received any shots of the COVID-19 vaccine despite mandates to do so, according to a report obtained by FOX 13 News.
One hundred forty-eight personnel, which is about 2% of the force, are listed as having “refused” to be vaccinated, the report says. Of those, all but one are in the Utah Army National Guard.
