Persecuted Anti-Lockdown Pastor Warns ‘Medical Tyranny’ Is Already Here
Canadian anti-lockdown pastor Artur Pawlowski spoke with Fox News on Friday to warn of fascism creeping into the free world under the guise of COVID public safety.
In an interview on “The Ingraham Angle”, Pawlowski, who was recently arrested and put in solitary confinement for holding a church service in defiance of Canadian lockdown rules, explained that the current COVID measures are producing a “hybrid” of fascism and communism.
“We have no rights whatsoever. What we have right now is some kind of a hybrid between fascism and communism: medical tyranny,” Pawlowski told host Laura Ingraham.
“I spent three days in jail for my crime of opening the church in a free and democratic society,” he added.
Pawlowski, a Polish immigrant to fled the Soviet bloc of communism, described the parallels between the Soviet authoritarianism and the oppression unfolding in Canada.
“I escaped tyranny. I escaped communist socialism,” he said. “I came to Canada only because Canada was offering me freedom. Here we are again in a repetition of history, and I decided I’m going to stand up and fight to the death.”
Pawlowski then insisted that the COVID-19 lockdown measures were a “sham” and a “big fat lie.”
“When I grew up behind the Iron Curtain, that’s what we were receiving on a daily basis: lies, manipulation, misinformation. If you were looking for the truth you were arrested, sentenced to jail,” he said.
“If you were caught listening to European radio, you could face five years jail time. That’s why they’re de-platforming Christians, that’s why they’re de-platforming anyone that opposes them and brings forth the truth.”

BYU professor calls gay student a Book of Mormon term associated with anti-Christ
The school has not reacted publicly, leaving some LGBTQ students fearful and spurring others to ask for action.
Last month, a Brigham Young University professor publicly used a Book of Mormon term associated with an anti-Christ to attack a gay student.
With the private religious school taking no public action since then to condemn it, LGBTQ students say there’s been a chilling effect on the Provo campus where many already feel unsafe. Others are calling for BYU to publicly denounce the statement or adopt social media guidelines for professors.
The comment was made by Hank Smith, who is an assistant teaching professor in the religion department at BYU. Also a popular speaker and author, he has one of the faculty’s highest public profiles, with more social media followers combined across platforms than the school itself.
On April 22, Smith had been commenting on Twitter throughout the day about his thoughts on members being booted out The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which owns BYU, after sex therapist Natasha Helfer was ousted. He suggested that leaving the faith means “leaving the doctrine as well,” and that ex-members cannot still believe in some Latter-day Saint concepts, such as Heavenly Mother or marriage in the next life…. Korihor is specifically punished for his “wickedness,” according to the scripture, by losing his speech and then being trampled to death.
On April 23, after hundreds spoke out against his remark, Smith deleted the tweet and posted an apology.
He wrote, “I do need to apologize for calling Cal what I did. I deleted the reply. That was unjustified and unfair. My emotions got the better of me. I am very sorry.”
