The man was shot dead by law enforcement officers in Louisville on
the fourth night of unrest in the city. It is not clear if the man was shot
by National Guard or by a police officer.
The tanker did not appear to hit anyone before it came to a stop in the
middle of the road. Protesters were seen climbing on the rig and pulling the
driver, identified as 35-year-old Bogdan Vechirko, out of the cabin and beating
him in the road. Photos showed Vechirko with blood on his face and shirtless
torso as protesters handed him over to police officers working to contain the
situation
He shared a video
on his Instagram story Saturday morning before the assault video was released, claiming
the man destroyed his car so he attacked him. 'The motherf***er broke my window
and I whooped his a**,' he said in the clip.

seven US states, The Nation reported citing Defence Department documents,
purportedly obtained from unprotected cloud storage. The media outlet says the
documents were later moved to a protected network for classified files, despite
