Air Force revealed that Captain Jenn Casey was killed, and her team mate
Captain Richard MacDougall was injured when a Snowbirds display team jet
crashed in the city of Kamloops in British Columbia. Footage of the crash
showed at least one of the crew members ejected from the plane after it got
