“When told to leave, Jimenez drove forward, then reversed at speed toward agents, one of whom opened fire, wounding Jimenez,” stated First Assistant U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli, citing a federal criminal complaint.
Jimenez reportedly fled to a mobile park where his family lives and informed his brother that he had been shot in the shoulder.
