Ohio, California, and Oregon are pushing for laws that would force private property owners to allow homeless people to camp out on their property. What’s worst is that if they try to do something about it, they could be arrested. I’d certainly like to know what they’d be arrested for.

For the time being, visitors will be restricted to limited reaches of the high-elevation park and services will be all but nonexistent.
“We shy away from saying ‘reopening’ because people won’t be able to experience the parks the way they have in the past,” said National Park Service spokeswoman Vanessa Lacayo.
"You are going to see park rangers wear masks and staff wear personal protection gear as they do maintenance.”… Bryce Canyon will start increasing recreational access and services with limited options. No fees will be collected when the gate lifts. Visitors will be confined to the main road, which will be open all the way to its terminus at the Rainbow Point Overlook. The roadside viewpoints will be open but not the trails… Utah Highway Patrol and sheriff’s deputies will enforce parking restrictions along highways at the parks… “Social distancing may prove an antidote to destructive overcrowding,” Whitehouse said.

Indonesian footage captures monkey on miniature bike in attempted child kidnap
Bizarre footage out of Indonesia has emerged online that shows a monkey appearing to attempt to kidnap a small child ... whilst riding a miniature motorcycle.
Unbelievably the video shows a monkey riding a tiny bike down an alleyway before launching off the comically-sized vehicle and pulling a toddler from a bench.
The young girl tumbles from the seating before the monkey comes back for more, dragging her face down by her cardigan along the cobbled paving.

Truckers parked up along Constitutional Avenue where they blasted their horns together in a protest that could be heard all the way to the White House, as they say they are struggling to make a living due to falling rates. Anti-lockdown protests also continued across the US Saturday, as people call for an end to stay-at-home orders amid the pandemic. Heavily-armed men carrying rifles and sporting camouflage gear marched on the New Hampshire Statehouse in protest against Governor Chris Sununu's extension to the state's stay-at-home order. Cellphone monitoring is spreading with the coronavirus. So is an uneasy tolerance of surveillance.
In a matter of months, tens of millions of people in dozens of countries have been placed under surveillance. Governments, private companies and researchers observe the health, habits and movements of citizens, often without their consent.
