Austria Shock Poll: 41% of Muslim Youth in Vienna Say Religious Law Comes Before National Law

The most striking finding, by far, is that 41 percent of Muslim youth surveyed said they believe religious law—that being Sharia Law—should take precedence over Austrian law. Among Christian respondents, that figure was significantly lower, at 21 percent.

Muslim children now account for roughly 40 percent of students in compulsory schools, making them the largest religious group among younger generations.

Five dead including mosque security guard after two teenage gunmen open fire at San Diego Islamic Center… before shooting themselves

Three people, including a security guard, were shot dead outside a California mosque before a pair of teenage gunmen apparently took their own lives.

The mayhem began at around 11.40 pm Monday when shots rang out at the Islamic Center of San Diego in Clairemont.

The two suspects, believed to be 17 and 19, were found dead in a car nearby with apparent self-inflicted gunshot wounds, police said.

A total of five people were killed: the two teen gunmen and three adult males.

'Because of the Islamic center's location, we are considering it a hate crime until it's not,' Wahl added before turning to Mark Remily, the FBI special agent in charge.

Global recession fears as Trump's Iran war just weeks away from tipping point: 'We are living on borrowed time'

The global economy is weeks away from a recession due to the energy crisis spurred by Donald Trump's war with Iran, according to financial experts.

Roughly 80 countries have already imposed emergency fuel rationing as oil prices threaten to climb above $180 a barrel. The spike is driven by the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, the narrow waterway through which about one-fifth of the world's oil passes.

Economists and traders predict that unless the war ends soon, there will be another large spike in energy prices. The average price for a gallon of gas in the US has risen to $4.50.

'No vaccine... no treatment': Experts raise alarm over rare strain of Ebola spreading through Africa as WHO declares global health emergency

The deadly Ebola virus rampaging through central Africa is a rare strain that has no approved vaccine or targeted treatment, experts have warned.

Last night, the World Health Organisation (WHO) declared the outbreak a public health emergency of international concern after cases spread from the Democratic Republic of Congo into neighbouring Uganda.

Health officials fear the true scale of the outbreak could be far larger than currently known, with around 246 suspected cases and 80 reported deaths already linked to the virus.

UK pastor says he was arrested for preaching the gospel, speaking out against Islam

Steve Maile was handcuffed and detained for 12 hours, faces public order offense charge

A 66-year-old U.K. pastor arrested while street preaching in London, said he is facing hate speech-related charges for preaching the Bible and speaking out against Islam.

"It's called inciting religious hatred — which is false," Pastor Steve Maile told Fox News Digital. "The cross of Christ is a message of hope, love, mercy, and reconciliation to a fallen world... How could that be hate?"

Dollar retreats on report of US-Iran sanctions deal

  • The dollar fell against major currencies as reports suggested US-Iran sanctions relief.
  • Iran reportedly agreed to a nuclear freeze, impacting oil prices and markets.
  • Fed Chair Warsh may face pressure on interest rates amid inflation concerns.

The dollar slipped against most major currencies on Monday

However, a global bond sell-off — which extended earlier on Monday before reversing — has also highlighted growing concerns that rising energy prices could push central banks toward higher interest rates.

'The company’s current business model is unsustainable': CEO of Bitcoin ATM operator blames increasing regulation for bankruptcy

Founded in 2016, Bitcoin Depot was once North America's largest bitcoin ATM operator. Now, the Georgia-based company has voluntarily filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. This raises many questions, from 'how did we get here?' to 'and what exactly does an ATM for cryptocurrency do?'

Putting it simply, whereas a traditional ATM dispenses physical currency, a bitcoin ATM doesn't dispense anything but can be used to facilitate blockchain transactions. These machines can incur pretty steep fees on top of the actual transaction, though not even these have been able to keep Bitcoin Depot afloat.

But it's not just fresh regulation creating a challenging landscape—there's a lawsuit too. Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird has filed a suit against both Bitcoin Depot and another cryptocurrency ATM operator, CoinFlip. The suit alleges that the companies failed to sufficiently protect Iowans from crypto scams, and that "both Bitcoin Depot and CoinFlip profit directly from Iowa scam victims by imposing excessive, and often hidden, transaction fees."

MSNOW Host Katy Tur Proves She is Utterly CLUELESS About the Rights of Americans Coming From God and NOT the Government

Katy Tur seemed absolutely puzzled over some recent comments from House Speaker Mike Johnson saying that as Americans, our rights come from God and not the government.

Has anyone at MSNOW ever read any of America’s founding documents? They’re pretty explicit on this subject.

Is it too much to ask that people who get paid to talk about politics on TV have a basic understanding of American civics?

Iran to sue US and Israel over attacks on cultural sites

More than 149 historical landmarks and museums have been damaged in the strikes, Tehran has said

Cultural sites must be protected during conflicts in line with the 1954 Hague Convention and the fundamental rules of humanitarian law, the diplomat added.

The attacks on historic landmarks by Washington and West Jerusalem constitute “a clear manifestation of the lawless behavior of the American regime and the Zionist regime,” the deputy minister insisted.

The Iranian Ministry of Culture previously estimated that repairing the heritage sites damaged during the conflict would cost some 70 trillion rials (nearly $39 million).

The American wars in Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, and elsewhere have led to damage or destruction of multiple cultural heritage sites since the 1950s, but Washington had never been held liable. It’s increasingly difficult for foreign governments to sue the US in domestic or international courts due to the doctrine of sovereign immunity and its refusal to recognize compulsory jurisdiction of global legal bodies.
