Utah Became the 17th Constitutional Carry State May 5, 2021 (Today)
Starting May 5, 2021, Utah will become the 17th state to become a Constitutional Carry (AKA Permitless Carry) state. On Friday, Jan. 13, 2021, Gov. Spencer Cox signed H.B. 60 into law. H.B. 60 allows individuals 21 years old or older to carry a concealed firearm in public without needing a concealed carry permit as long as they are legally allowed to possess a firearm. Facebook's Oversight Board is expected to announce Wednesday morning whether Trump will be permanently banned from Facebook and Instagram. The webpage is referred to as a 'beacon of freedom' in a time of 'lies and silence' in a promotional video, which shows imagery of Mar-a-Lago, where the former president has been living since leaving the White House.
