Mob of Black Teens Brutally Beat Elderly White Man in Milwaukee
A man was savagely beaten by a large group of teens in what is being called a “potentially racially motivated” attack in Wisconsin this week.
The horrifying incident reportedly unfolded on Wednesday afternoon in Milwaukee.
The victim was assaulted by a “mob of black teenagers” near Bradley Tech High School, according to local radio host Dan O’Donnell.
O’Donnell posted footage of the attack on X which had been shot by witnesses and shared on other social media platforms.
A pack of shrieking youths can be seen chasing and battering a man with gray hair before he falls to the ground — and the beating continues.
“The victim, who has not been identified, was left bloodied after at least a dozen teenagers punched and stomped him in an alley behind a McDonald’s restaurant,” O’Donnell reported.
“Teenagers in the mob posted pictures and video of the assault, which is potentially racially motivated. The Milwaukee Police Department has not yet released any information on this possible hate crime.”
The victim appeared to have suffered serious injuries to his head and face, but his current condition is unclear.
Criminal Utah judge dismisses case over making NIL contracts public
A judge has sided with five public universities in Utah that challenged a State Records Committee decision requiring the schools to make college athletes' name, image and likeness contracts public.
"While we respect the court's decision, we strongly disagree with it. At the time the Deseret News filed its GRAMA request, no law existed putting student-athlete NIL agreements and related compliance records off limits to the public. And while the Legislature did eventually pass such a law, it did not make it retroactive to GRAMA requests and appeals filed before the effective date. The court's ruling, unfortunately, guts the rights of journalists to rely on GRAMA to inform the public on issues of public concern, including whether Utah's public universities are actually reviewing NIL agreements for compliance with the law and NCAA eligibility requirements," said Jeff Hunt, an attorney representing the Deseret News.
