Another Blue State Announces Plans For ‘Strike Force’ To ‘Involuntarily Detain’ Unvaccinated
The state of Washington may amend a law to allow the forcible detainment of residents into COVID “internment camps” for defying state vaccine mandates.
The proposed revision to the COVID protocol under the Communicable and Certain Other Diseases Act, called WAC 246-100-040, outlines “procedures for isolation or quarantine.”
This alarming measure comes in tandem with Gov. Jay Inslee’s (D) effort to hire “strike teams” to run quarantine camps, outlined in the state’s governmentjobs.com website, a term that has since been scrubbed from the website sometime after the bulletin was posted in September 2021.
This comes as New York attempts to pass a similar bill allowing Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) to forcibly detain anyone she deems a public health threat.
New Law Allows Non-Citizens to Vote in US
Incoming New York Mayor Eric Adams has allowed a bill giving the vote to non-citizens to become law automatically. That’s after the City Council passed it last month.
Non-citizen New Yorkers who have lived in the city for at least a month may legally vote in city elections as of next year, according to a bill which became law through the mayor’s inaction on Sunday. Adams, while expressing reservations with certain aspects of the bill, did not choose to veto or otherwise challenge it, allowing the City Council’s passage of the legislation to stand after what he called “productive dialogue” with others in city government.

Farmer gives cows VR headsets to reduce anxiety and increase milk production
A farmer has turned to virtual reality headsets to make his cooped-up cows think they’re outside in a meadow.
Izzet Kocak, from Turkey, has turned to the high-tech headgear after seeing a study suggesting it makes the cows happier. This, in turn, means they produce more milk.
Kocak says the move is already paying off. He’s given the headsets to two of his cows and noted that milk production went up from 22 litres to 27 litres a day.
And what are the cows seeing through the VR goggles? Apparently, it’s visions of the outside world.

Protesters from the French overseas constituency of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon threw fistfuls of seaweed at their representative of the national parliament, angry over the vaccine mandate. The attack was condemned by politicians.
At one point the politician, who came out to speak to the crowd, was pelted with seaweed by the jeering demonstrators, footage of the incident shown. Annick Girardin, who held Claireaux’s seat in the National Assembly before joining the cabinet, denounced the incident, calling it “unacceptable.”
